Steve Bailey and Victor Wooten from Berklee College of Music will be hosting a live interactive bass webinar on Thursday, April 16th. The webinar will feature a Q&A with Tool‘s Justin Chancellor and Danny Carey, Megadeth‘s David Ellefson and Dirk Verbeuren, and Ray Luzier of Korn. The online event starts at noon. The webinar is open to the public and said to “come with questions” . The webinar leaders added that it will have:
“Education, conversation, career advice, gig stories, and maybe even some bass playing.”
Last week, David Ellefson took part in the fundraiser Oh Say Can You Stream for the David Ellefson Youth Music Foundation with the Grammy Music Education Coalition along with Chris Kael of Five Finger Death Punch, Elias Soriano from Nonpoint, Volbeat’s Rob Caggiano, Marc Rizzo from Soulfly/Cavalera Conspiracy, and Carla Harvey of Butcher Babies (can be seen below).
