A company in Appleton is making prefabricated units to help coronavirus patients.
Boldt Construction started designing the isolation units last month, and the first ones will be ready this week.
Company COO Dave Kievet says they’re about the size of an intensive care unit. He says they’re fully equipped, with hookups for medical gases, electrical, water, and more.
Kievet says the company already has an order from the east coast.
