The head of Prevea Health isn’t sure if the state hit its peak for the coronavirus pandemic. It was projected to be yesterday. Doctor Ashok Rai tells Action 2 News the hospitals in Brown County saw a slight increase. But he says the state is still gathering data.
He thinks the next couple of weeks are going to be big because people are talking about reopening things. Rai says incubation time for coronavirus is five to 14 days so we’ll have to wait to see if last Tuesday’s in-person voting and any family visits for Easter will lead to a bump in cases.
