A third inmate at the state’s Oshkosh prison has COVID-19.
The state Department of Corrections is reporting 12 prisoners have been tested so far, with eight coming back as “negative” and one is still pending.
The agency isn’t sure how coronavirus got into the Oshkosh prison, because no staff members have tested positive, and visitors haven’t been allowed for several weeks.
The infected inmates are in isolation, and they’re being treated at the prison.
