Governor Evers says the state is working to open a second temporary hospital.
This one would be in Madison, at Alliant Energy Center.
The Army Corps of Engineers would hire a contractor to build the facility. Evers is applying to FEMA for the hospital.
The first one is being built at State Fair Park in the Milwaukee area.
