Churches are able to have drive-up services and still follow the state’s “safer at home” order.
While Governor Evers is clarifying the rules, leaders of the Green Bay Catholic Diocese aren’t letting any of their parishes do that yet.
Spokeswoman Justine Lodl says they’re still streaming services from the cathedral online. She says many local parishes are also streaming masses, and that’s been very popular.
Some raised questions about drive-up services, because it’s Holy Week, and Easter is on Sunday.
The governor says they have to be in parking lots, and people need to stay in their cars. They’re not allowed to have person-to-person contact.
