It looks like there could be a partisan fight over proposals to help the state deal with coronavirus.
Governor Evers released his package of bills last week.
Majority Republicans are working on their own. Evers released a summary of the GOP plan.
It would give the Republican-controlled budget committee the ability to make state budget cuts, as members deem necessary. Evers says that provision must be removed before he would move forward on it.
