Oshkosh’s city manager put together a vision, for the annual “State of the City” speech.
Mark Rohloff says it includes development in the Sawdust District, south of the Fox River, and finishing the Riverwalk. He says they’ll continue to work on inclusion initiatives, to attract employees to the city.
Rohloff also wants to keep focusing on traditional areas, like infrastructure and public safety, with the police and fire departments.
Rohloff says city leaders will have to put together long-term plans for city buildings. He says some will need to be replaced or remodeled.
