The man accused of killing a retired Oshkosh police officer is pleading not guilty.
Twenty-eight-year-old Ian Suzuki was in Winnebago County court this morning for an arraignment. He’s charged with first-degree intentional homicide for the February 2nd death of former Capt. Jay Puestohl.
Prosecutors say Suzuki had an argument with his mother and Puestohl, at a home in the 1200 block of Waugoo Avenue in Oshkosh. They say Suzuki has a history of mental health problems.
Puestohl was stabbed in the neck.
