The Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh could be out of bankruptcy by the end of next month.
A federal judge has set an April 29th hearing, where those owed money by Fox Valley Pro Basketball can present their objections to the proposed plan of reorganization.
FVPB attorney Jerome Kerkman says he hasn’t heard any issues yet.
The plan of reorganization calls for Fox Valley Pro Basketball to pay off its $13 million construction loan from Bayland Buildings over 30 years.
Initial operations will be supported by the sale of $4.3 million in future TIF payments from the City of Oshkosh. Other debtors will have to share in an initial settlement of $500,000, on more than $12 million of debt.
