The computer virus that took down the City of Oshkosh’s computer system hit while many homeowners are paying the first installment of their property taxes this week.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says they’re going to properly process all payments.
He says all city records are backed up to an off-site system daily, so they likely won’t lose too many public records because of the virus.
