Construction on a major downtown Oshkosh redevelopment project may start later than expected.
The Merge company is asking for more time to close on three pieces of land along Marion Road.
Community Development Director Allen Davis says there are a lot of complicating factors with the titles and the DNR needs to approve the plans to cleanup the properties.
The closing date on the Marion Road properties is now expected to be in the end of March.
Merge is planning a mixed-used development featuring condos, apartments, townhouses, and the new Oshkosh Food Co-op.
