One of the four teens arrested for a damage spree in the Fox Cities reached a plea deal.
Seventeen-year-old Brandon Fossum of Appleton entered no contest pleas to counts of arson, criminal damage to property and burglary.
He’s accused of helping cause about $1 million in damage at the Community First Champion Center construction site earlier this year. There were also elevator fires in two parking ramps in downtown Appleton.
Fossum will be sentenced next month.
Nineteen-year-old Kevin Peterson of Appleton is expected to enter pleas next month. The cases for two other teens are being handled in juvenile court.
