Oshkosh leaders are agreeing to zoning changes for two historic buildings.
The former Smith Elementary and Cabrini Catholic schools will be remodeled into residential units. The Common Council approved the rezoning last night.
The Oshkosh School District will open a second round of bids on the Smith building next week.
