A former Oshkosh man accused of walking to Neenah from Indiana to have sex with a teenage girl is pleading “not guilty.”
Thirty-two-year-old Tommy Jenkins is facing a federal charge of using a computer for child enticement. Prosecutors say he traveled 350 miles from an Indianapolis suburb, walking much of the way.
They say he met a 14-year-old girl online, but a Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputy was posing as the teen.
