Oshkosh already cut a check for the city’s TIF payment to the bankrupt owners of the Menominee Nation Arena.
The $385,000 was due November 1st, but the money went out last week.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says the early payment is meant to help Fox Valley Pro Basketball avoid having to borrow more money for cash flow needs.
The city deducted what the arena group owed for unpaid utility bills, and public safety services.
