The construction company that built the Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh is filing a lawsuit against the owner.
Bayland Builders is foreclosing on a $13 million loan to Fox Valley Basketball for non-payment. Developer Greg Pierce is also named in the suit.
The arena opened in 2017, and the Wisconsin Herd NBA G-League team is the biggest tenant.
