Tool posted this to their Instagram account, Loudwire confirmed it with Tool’s reps, and singer Maynard James Keenan is on the latest Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. This all happened with minutes of each other. First check out the Instagram post.
Now according to Loudwire, Tool’s reps have confirmed that Fear Inoculum is in fact the name of Tool’s long awaited new album. They also confirmed what we already knew, that the record will be out on August 30th.
On top of that, earlier today the band announced via Instagram that their entire catalog will be coming to all streaming services. One of the few bands to not have their back catalog on streaming sites, Tool will change that this Friday August 2nd.
At some point today the latest episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast will be posted and his guest will be Maynard James Keenan. Maybe he’ll have even more information.
