Each song from Ice Nine Kill’s current album The Silver Scream was inspired by a different iconic horror movie. The song “A Grave Mistake” specifically was inspired by The Crow. At an L.A. 25th anniversary screening of the movie that starts the late Brandon Lee, Ice Nine Kills performed the song acoustic with a little help from New Years Day frontwoman Ash Costello.

They’ll pull that off again in Beverly Hills on July 27th at a screening of Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter. This time performing the song “Thank God It’s Friday” which was of course inspired by the same movie.
See Ice Nine Kills this summer at Rock USA on July 18th.
