Another week and another new number one song. This time, it’s from Ice Nine Kills with a little help from actress/singer McKenna Grace, who also co-stars in the movie Scream 7, it’s that movie’s soundtrack that this song was recorded for. Also debuting in the top 21 this week is the latest from Greta Van Fleet, “Play Your Games.”
We’re burying the lead though. In 1997, Metallica put out part two of it’s mid-nineties lesson in hard rock, an album called Reload. This weekend sees a new remaster and special edition of the album hit stores and streamers so James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammet, and former bassist Jason Newstead all make their presence known with stories and memories from an album that has aged better than most.
