Rob Zombie is officially in album-mode… and he’s not easing into it.
Zombie has just released the music video for “(I’m A) Rock ‘N’ Roller,” the third single from his upcoming album, The Great Satan. If you’re wondering what it sounds like, the answer is exactly what you’d hope for: loud, gritty, swagger-heavy industrial metal that feels built for arenas, mosh pits, and volume knobs turned all the way up.
So far, we’ve received two other songs from Zombie off the new album, including a track called ‘Heathen Days’ and one called ‘Punks and Demons.’
The album is scheduled to drop February 27th via Nuclear Blast, and with each new release, Zombie continues to double down on the over-the-top horror-rock aesthetic that’s made him one of metal’s most recognizable figures.
