FOND DU LAC, Wis. — A Menasha man who set a Fond du Lac house on fire reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Mike Perez is convicted in Fond du Lac County Court on charges of arson and first-degree reckless injury.
Perez set fire to the home in September of 2024. A 16-year-old girl suffered serious injuries jumping from a second-story window to escape the flames.
Perez faces up to 65 years in prison when sentenced on Jan. 27.
