They announced it a few weeks ago, that after their next album and world tour Megadeth is calling it quits. But they are far from going softly into the night of retirement as Dave Mustaine and the rest of the band have released a full on thrash attack with ‘Tipping Point’.
Mustaine has this to say about the single.
‘We all have different ‘tipping points’ and they may vary from day to day. I think we’re all being pushed to the edge right now and it’s easy to lean into that feeling. But it’s important to not let things get you down.’
The record will be released in 2026 and will be self titled. No word on where the world tour will take them but we here in Green Bay will be manifesting one last bash with the legends of thrash!
