Since the release of Tsunami Sea Spiritbox has been on a rocket ship of popularity. From Grammy nominations to major festival appearances the band seems to be moving quickly and furiously towards super stardom. In an interview I had with Courtney a few months ago she had this to say about the album.
‘Those feelings that make you feel extremely isloated, which is also what the album is about…it turns out that it’s a very universal feeling. So it’s weird something that makes you feel so alone is actually…brings out a lot of empathy and a lot of people relate to it.’
Certainly a bad ass showing! This also marks another metal band gracing the late night crowd on Jimmy Kimmel, Poppy and Knocked Loose were on before the Grammys earlier this year.
