Yesterday (3/3/25), a new Spiritbox song was released and then taken down shortly after. It appears that the song “Crystal Roses” wasn’t fully approved by the band before being released online yesterday. Frontwoman Courtney LaPlante posted to social media:
“I don’t normally like to air our behind the scenes things like this, but we did not approve putting out another single today. None of us were aware this was happening. I am extremely disappointed and only found out about it late last night, by chance. Trying to take it down ASAP.”

After the social media posts from Courtney, the song was removed from streaming platforms. In the meantime, Spiritbox posted a new snip of a song on X with two words plastered on the image “3 Days.”
