We had the crew from the band Fuel stop by last week for a Backroom Session. Decker spoke with them about their history with different bands, who they’re performing with at the Summer Of ’99 Tour, and how the band has changed over time. Some of the guys are going on 60+ years of age!
They performed 3 songs including their hit 2000 single “Hemorrhage (In Your Hand)” which you can watch below.
Fuel spoke about how they’ve known Creed for almost 20+ years. They even told us a funny story about the time Creed had their equipment stolen and they (Fuel) let them use their stuff that night.
“All their gear had gotten stolen that night, and we let them have all our stuff, it was actually the first time we performed with them.”

Fuel also performed an acoustic version of their 1996 single “Shimmer” and the song “Innocent” which was released in 2000.
Fuel’s most recent album was released in October of 2021. No word on a new album BUT they will be out with Creed and Nickelback for the Summer of ’99 Tour at Alpine Valley Music Theater on July 18th and 19th.
