The power of manifestation is for real, guys. Think positive thoughts and positive things will happen. I thought really hard about Mudvayne playing a show in Green Bay and BOOM it’s happening! Now this next manifestation might be a bit of a longer one, at least if history is to be our guide. But if we read between the lines, something Tool always wants us to do, this Instagram post from bassist Justin Chancellor seems to imply that the band is getting back in the studio to do some work.
I’m for sure not just making this up either, I would never! Back in January Justin told Kerrang! about some songs that were in need of finishing.
“We’re constantly introducing new stuff but then sometimes that’ll marry with the old material. We’ve been writing for the last couple of weeks, meeting a couple of times each week – we’ve had some really good sessions, and a lot of it has been brand new. We already have a couple of solid, what I would say are, skeletons of songs waiting to be finalized.”
But as Maynard whispers so eloquently in ‘The Patient”, I still wait. And wait we shall, but manifesting is how we shall pass the time!
