Starset promised to release more new music this summer and today they deliver on that promise with ‘Degenerate’. The video looks to have been created with AI and is as grotesque as it is impossible to look away from. The visuals include historical figures overindulging in any one of the 7 deadly sins as the world around them slowly deteriorates into a vast mountain of garbage. Sonically the evolved sound we first heard on ‘Brave New World’ is pushed further with more dynamic vocals and a more aggressive music sound behind them. Lyrically it is as bleak as can be all while conveying a common theme.

Still no word on when a full album will be out but we can safely assume this is going to be the most aggressive album from Starset to date.
