Bad Omens have been on an absolute tear since the release of The Death Of Peace Of Mind back in ’22. They’ve played numerous major festivals, huge sold out headlining shows and have garnered the love and admiration of many people throughout the scene. But with all the highs come the lows as well. As Noah Sebastian states, he is dealing with some extreme burnout.

I had a chance to talk with Jolly back at Aftershock Festival and asked about their creative process and what was so different with the TDOPOM album writing. He said it was all about having time to try new things and find different creative routes to get the finished idea out.
‘You keep trying…stay creative as in keep trying to write even though nothing comes out, it’s like kicking a ball. …eventually you get flawless at it…it’s the same way when you start thinking about music, or like writing music, essentially music is in the air all the time you just gotta connect to those things and hope that calls to you, the more you think about it the easier it will become…you just let the fricken universe write it through you rather than you sit there…like when you think of a thought (it didn’t) originate from you it originating from elsewhere…it’s radio waves…’
