VAN DYNE, Wis. — A child is badly hurt after being hit by a pickup truck in Fond du Lac County.
The state Patrol says the 6-year-old girl was struck on Townline Road in Van Dyne around 5 p.m. Thursday. She was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The 20-year-old man driving the truck was not hurt.
The crash remains under investigation.
