Legendary guitarist and recent lead guitarist for Volbeat Rob Caggiano has left the band after 10 years with the group. The band released a statement earlier today reading in part:
“After ten incredible years, we must sadly announce that Volbeat and Rob Caggiano have parted ways. During our time together we’ve traveled the world sharing great experiences and released four albums that we are immensely proud of, and we wouldn’t change a moment of it.”
Flemming C. Lund of The Arcane Order will handle lead guitar for the rest of Volbeat’s 2023 tour, including their upcoming show at The Rave with Bad Wolves on July 28th.
