APPLETON, Wis. — Tow bans are issued Thursday morning in Brown and Outagamie counties.
The Outagamie County ban applies to Interstate 41 and State Highway 441.
FIRST ALERT TRAFFIC: Outagamie County has issued a tow ban for I-41 and 441. That means if you slide off the road, they don’t think it’s safe for crews to tow you out right now. pic.twitter.com/aFdyGIGhsx

The bans mean tow trucks will not be allowed to pull stranded vehicles out of the ditch until the ban is lifted.
