Well this must be it, welcome to the new year! And with the new year comes the constant onslaught of resolutions and goals and other empty promises we make to ourselves. This year I want to maintain my resolutions, attain my goal and still be annoyed by having to listen to other people’s goals and resolutions. SO instead of listing out all of those from my list I’m going to give you four songs that will fuel my ’23, for better or worse.

‘There’s Fear In Letting Go’ I  Prevail

“I keep these coffins in my mind, I put my fears inside…And there will be pain in letting it go.” Something to give courage to try something new, even if I fail.

‘Don’t Tread On Me’-Metallica

But like not in the whiny douche bag ‘Don’t Tread On Me’ stuff but more like setting up boundaries and sticking to it and pushing people out that don’t respect them.

‘Carnivore’-Starset

Something about Sci-Fi rock gets me all optimistic! Cheers to the new year and let’s get to where we want to get on our own terms and at our own pace!
