SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — A Sheboygan man dies after being hit by a vehicle.
Police say 69-year-old Terry Rozanski was struck at the intersection of N. 9th Street and New York Avenue around 6:20 p.m. Sunday.
The 20-year-old Sheboygan man driving the vehicle allegedly fled the scene and was later arrested. His name has not been released.
