APPLETON, Wis. — Fire damages a hydro plant in Appleton.
Crews were called to the building off of Olde Oneida and Edison streets around 11:15 p.m. Monday on the report of smoke and fire.
No one was inside at the time, and no injures were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
