Gold-certified prog rock band Coheed and Cambria have just released an acoustic performance of their single “The Liar’s Club“.
The band’s vocalist/guitarist Claudio Sanchez is seen in the cell phone-recorded performnace video with nothing but an acoustic guitar and a microphone. The video kind of takes the viewer back into the early days of quarantine in 2020 when artists were filming content on their phones while performing live wasn’t possible. Sanchez spoke on stripping back this latest track.
“It’s fun for me to try and reimagine songs I’ve written… ‘The Liars Club’ felt like the perfect candidate for the treatment.”

“The Liars Club” is off of Coheed and Cambria’s upcoming studio album Vaxis II: A Window of the Waking Mind which is set to be released on May 27th of this year.
