A Green Bay woman is charged with arson in connection with a house fire. Kari Seyler is accused of setting fire to the duplex along South Taylor Street Thursday afternoon–and then called 9-1-1. According to the criminal complaint, Syeler initially tried to blame her husband for the fire, but then admitted to doing it herself. She faces up to 40-years in prison if convicted.
