There’s a development in the case of a newborn baby girl found in a garbage bag in the woods south of the village of Theresa in 2009.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and Dodge County Medical Examiner’s office will hold a joint press conference Friday afternoon to update the Baby Theresa death investigation.
Officials determined the full-term infant was probably stillborn, but they haven’t been able to identify her parents.
