The mystery of who won $316-point-three million in the January 5th Powerball jackpot in Wisconsin has been solved. Tammy and Cliff Webster have come forward to claim their winnings. The couple, who are members of the Oneida Nation, held one of two winning tickets. They bought their ticket at Jackson Pointe Citgo in Green Bay. The Webster’s opted to take the cash payment of $225-point-one million rather than annual payments. After state and federal taxes the Webster’s will clear nearly $154-million. By the way, Jackson Pointe Citgo gets $100,000 for selling the winning ticket.
