A Luxemburg man is accused of putting his abused daughter in the hospital. Alan Finch was taken into custody this week on charges of Felony Child Abuse. According to police reports, an unconscious girl was brought to a Green Bay hospital Tuesday afternoon with signs of abuse. She was eventually transferred to Childrens Hospital in Milwaukee in critical condition.
