The average number of daily new coronavirus cases in Wisconsin is starting to decline. The state Department of Health Services reports 3,423 positive tests since Friday. That lowers the daily average to 1,482 over the past week. There were another 19-deaths–bringing the statewide total to 7,759. Two of those deaths were in Winnebago County. Outagamie and Green Lake counties each reported one death.
Brown County had 104 new cases. Winnebago County was up by 76. Outagamie County reported 63–while Calumet County had 12 new cases.
