Controversial former frontman for Bad Wolves, Tommy Vext, is currently being sued by his former band’s label Better Noise Music for copyright infringement. The basis of the lawsuit is based on Vext releasing unreleased music videos and recordings without the label’s permission. Vext also unveiled the band name he will be using on his latest tour Tommy Vext and The B@d W8lv3s which is another factor in the lawsuit claiming “…blatant attempt to confuse concertgoers.” According to theprp the lawsuit claims:
“Motivated by greed and his oversized ego, Vext claimed that he owns Bad Wolves and has a right to block the remaining members from recording and releasing music under the name Bad Wolves.”
In response to a fan’s tweet, Bad Wolves guitarist Doc Coyle tweeted:
“I’m doing well. Just gotta live with gratitude and keep your mind out of the gutter. I focus on positive things.”
