Outagamie County is back in the “high” category for coronavirus activity. Outagamie is one of 15-counties moving back into that designation–along with Dodge, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan. The state Department of Health Services reports 201 positive tests on Thursday–with a positivity rate of one-point-eight percent. There was one death in Manitowoc County–increasing the state’s total to 7,366. Outagamie County had four new cases. Winnebago County saw two–while Calumet County reported one new case.
