As we found out last week Metallica will be releasing a special 30th-anniversary edition of their legendary self-titled album, more commonly referred to as The Black Album. You’ll get the remastered version of the record-setting album and a tribute version. That part is called The Blacklist and features over 50 artists doing their own versions of every song from the album. Leading up to the release they are releasing new versions of these songs every week. This week we get a demo version of “Sad But True” a cover version by Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, and a live version. Check them all out below
