Outagamie County Sheriff’s officials say alcohol and speed are factors in a crash that left a 21-year-old man with severe injuries.
Officials say the one car crash happened on Boelter Road at Lower Road in the town of Liberty. Deputies were called just before 10 p.m. They say the car drove into a ditch and hit a power pole before rolling into a nearby yard.
A 21-year-old passenger left the scene but was located by deputies and treated at a local hospital for minor injuries.
The road was closed for about two hours and the crash is still under investigation.
