ThedaCare seeking feedback on the future of medical services in the area

ThedaCare wants to know what the Fox Valley wants in the future of healthcare. An on-line survey is open for residents of the nine counties ThedaCare serves. Officials believe that medical priorities have changed in the wake of the pandemic. The survey results will be used in ThedaCare’s next five year plan.
