Wisconsin adds 776 new cases of coronavirus on Wednesday. That is the highest total since February 25th. The big number is likely due to a glitch that prevented the state Department of Health Services from reporting any data on Tuesday. The positivity rate was 12-percent. There were an additional 21-deaths–with eleven reported in Tuesday and ten on Wednesday.
