A member of the Oshkosh School Board will contest a trespassing citation issued to her earlier this year. Stephanie Carlin sent a handwritten note to Winnebago County Circuit Court saying “not guilty” in response to the ticket dated January 22nd. On that date, Carlin allegedly was at a storage unit owned by Oshkosh Corporation C-E-O Wilson Jones without permission. Carlin will have to appear in person for a pre-trial conference on April 14th.
