The state goes two days in a row without a reported COVID-related death. That hasn’t happened since Labor Day. The state Department of Health Services reports 423 positive tests–with a positivity rate of 12-percent. The seven-day average for that rate is down to its lowest level since last March.
Outgamie County had 37 new cases on Monday. Winnebago County was up by 26. Calumet County reported three new cases–while Brown County had one.
