Coronavirus activity in Wisconsin is dropping back to numbers not seen since last summer. The state Department of Health Services reports 733 new cases on Thursday–which drops the seven-day average to the lowest levels seen since July 10th. The positivity rate was 13-percent. There were another 18-deaths–bringing the statewide total to 6,232.
